The third installment in the 5th Generation Diamana™ family has arrived with Diamana™ GT. Designed based off the multiple-major winning 4th Generation Diamana™ ZF profile, the mid-launching, mid-low spinning Diamana™ GT incorporates several new technological advancements into an existing successful structure. Diamana™ GT was constructed with our breakthrough, proprietary Xlink Tech™ Resin System, a new technique that allows us to reduce the resin content of the shaft for the best feel possible while not diminishing the overall strength of the product. Featuring a firmer butt section than its siblings Diamana™ TB and Diamana™ PD, GT creates more flexibility in the shaft’s midsection while maintaining a firm tip.
Fitters around the world will also appreciate the use of Consistent Feel Design™ in the new Diamana™ GT. Consistent Feel Design™ minimizes variance in butt OD, weight and balance point across various weights and flexes, with the intention of making the shafts feel the same as you move between different weights and flexes in a fitting environment.

Xlink Tech™ Resin System
A ground-breaking innovation, Mitsubishi Chemical’s Xlink Tech™ Resin System is a unique, dual-phase application that utilizes both epoxy and non-epoxy components to produce a carbon-rich structure with a stronger bond between resin and fiber. The cross-linked phases create both high modulus and high elongation strength, yielding a lighter and universally stronger prepreg.
Consistent Feel Design™
Created to aid the modern fitting process, Consistent Feel Design™ is an engineering approach that minimizes any variation in butt OD, weight or balance point through an entire shaft series. The goal is to remove any difference a player might feel as they hold a club, thereby removing any distraction when comparing different weights or flexes.
MR70 Carbon Fiber
Specifically designed and developed by Mitsubishi Chemical for high-performance applications, MR70 is an innovative new carbon fiber material that is 20% stronger and has 10% the modulus than conventional materials.
Boron Fiber is equivalent in stiffness to high modulus carbon fiber with superior compression strength. As a result, Boron Fiber is often utilized for structure reinforcement most notably in military applications.
The Ion Plating process creates a sophisticated, premium finish that cannot be achieved just by applying paint. The shaft is put into a vacuum chamber where chrome or silver alloy ions are fused to the shaft. It’s a more costly, time consuming process but it creates a stunning finish that we think is worth the extra time.
